| Q: What size should I get? A: Sizing an Italian Charm bracelet is easy. Simply measure the wrist where you will wear your bracelet. Base Starter Bracelets are 16 links long, and you may add or subtract links as needed. Here's a general guide that may help: Toddler: 13 links, 5 inches long Child: 14 links, 5 1/4 inches long Youth: 15 links, 5 3/4 inches long Petite: 16 links, 6 1/4 inches long Small: 17 links, 6 1/2 inches long Medium: 18 links, 7 inches long Large: 19 links, 7 1/4 inches long Extra Large: 20 links, 7 3/4 inches long Long: 21 links, 8 inches long Q: What if I need to change the size of my bracelet? A: Italian Charm bracelets are completely adjustable, so you can add or subtract links as needed. Even if you don't want to change the size, but just add or replace the charms you already have for an updated look, you can do so very quickly and easily. It is easy to learn how to put your bracelet together yourself. Each modular charm slides open and unhooks using just your fingers, so replacing or changing their order is a snap. Each link has a spring-loaded clasp mechanism. Use your thumb to slide open the clasp on the two links you wish to join, and hook them together at a 45 degree angle. Q: Can I mix and match different brands of charms? A: Yes! All of our charms are the same size and will link perfectly to any other charm in our web store. If you are buying loose charms to add to an existing bracelet purchased elsewhere, our charms are the standard "medium" 9mm size. The only other size that is sold here at Luv2CharmU is the Mega Link, which is used to combine 2 "medium" 9mm size bracelets together! Q: Will the charm bracelets tarnish or rust? A: No. Our Italian Charm bracelets are made from the highest quality stainless steel. You can wear your bracelet every day and never worry about tarnish or rust. As with any piece of fine jewelry, it is not recommended that you shower or bathe while wearing your Italian Charm bracelet. This is especially true with photo charms and beware not to rub lotions or perfumes on enamels and laser charms. A jeweler's cloth is all you need to keep your bracelet looking beautiful. Q: Is there a Return Policy? A: Yes. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your undamaged merchandise within 30 days - no questions asked - for a merchandise credit. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced free 1 time within 30 days. Q. How quickly will you ship my order? A. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days after your order is placed and the payment is made. However, if you are ordering a Personal Charm, shipping time is approx. 7 days from the time of order. Q.
